About

Innovation, from the lab to the boardroom.

I find enterprise opportunities others miss, pressure-test them, and turn ambiguous problems into business cases and decisions leaders act on. Banja Luka by birth, Belgrade by love, the whole world by curiosity — and I never really left science. I just learned to make it land.

The arc

Four rooms, one instinct.

Biologist, then product, then product strategy, then innovation. The title on the door kept changing; the way I read a problem never did: understand the system, find the opportunity, pressure-test it, make the case.

01 The lab — molecular biology MSc in Molecular Biology & Physiology, specialising in Genetic Engineering & Biotechnology (2019–2020), after a BSc at the University of Belgrade. Science trains you to attack your own best idea, not defend it — still the most useful habit I own. University of Belgrade · 2015–2020
02 Product & client solutions — Seven Bridges Product & Client Solutions Specialist at Seven Bridges (acquired by Velsera). Taught myself Python in two months; owned end-to-end client-facing delivery of complex SaaS in scientific environments, and turned real usage into product enhancements and roadmap. Seven Bridges · Velsera · 2022–2024
03 Product strategy — Thermo Fisher Scientific Product Solution Specialist: led product strategy and governance across analytics and operational platforms — stabilising high-risk products, restructuring requirements, and introducing structured UAT, release-readiness and decision-making that shipped better product. Thermo Fisher Scientific · 2024–2025
04 Innovation — Thermo Fisher Scientific Innovation Manager: enterprise opportunity discovery, business case development and investment evaluation across AI-enabled, digital and operational transformation. Assessed opportunities worth $50M+, taking ambiguous problems from hypothesis to executive go/no-go — and presenting the case to senior leadership. Thermo Fisher Scientific · 2025 — present

The method

The order of operations.

  1. The question before the question.
  2. Assume — then try to break it.
  3. Read the field before the opinion.
  4. Triangulate. Opinion is cheap.
  5. A recommendation isn’t finished until someone can act on it.
Most people fall in love with their idea and look for evidence to support it. I was trained to do the opposite.
